Long Term & On Going Support
Mentoring & Development
We provide person-centred, one-to-one mentoring support to all clients enrolled on any of our training programmes. We also hold a range of workshops and development opportunities including Share To Heal, Discovering and Developing the Leader in Me and Youth Vision. Our mentoring and advisory sessions are tailored to meet individual needs and range in speciality with the chance to focus on careers, business development, and/or personal growth. We have highly professional and experienced mentors, with many of them holding roles as business owners, directors, community leaders or life coaches, who have hands-on experience, and are committed to our client’s development and growth.
Current opportunities:
- Personal Mentorship: long-term and ongoing support for both young people and adults, struggling with their wellbeing, career direction or seeking personal growth.
Discover & Develop the Leader in Me: a 3/6 months programme that supports women who have experienced different kinds of life trauma, helping them to overcome pain and fear, and live happily. These workshops are also focused on developing Female Leadership Skills. This opportunity centres on learning and discovering leadership skills from within, by understanding that leadership goes beyond the title while inspiring and empowering women to operate to their full potential within their careers, communities, and families.

- Youth Vision
A fantastic programme dedicated to helping young people between the ages of 16-24 who are facing complex transitions, challenges, and barriers to opportunities, especially in today’s circumstances. This course will take place both online and in-person through training and mentoring sessions, and aims to help connect young people and help them express their ideas and concerns about the future. - Pastoral Care
We offer pastoral care to those we support who seek such support. Our pastoral care is not always prayer, we give clients a safe platform to share their pain, struggles or concerns, have refreshments and where we cannot help, we may refer clients to seek professional help. This is not a mandatory service but is open to those who are curious or interested. Please contact us to discuss getting involved with any of our current development and mentoring opportunities.
