At Light Foundations, we are passionate about making a lasting difference in people’s lives, with a particular focus on supporting young people and individuals facing barriers to opportunity.
We provide guidance, practical support and pathways to improve mental wellbeing, develop employability skills and access education, training and employment opportunities.
Working in partnership with Jobcentre Plus, the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), Ealing Council, employment agencies and community organisations, we help individuals build confidence, unlock their potential and move towards sustainable employment.
We aim to create an inclusive and supportive environment where everyone has the opportunity to thrive, achieve their aspirations and build brighter, more secure futures.
